Re-appointment of auditor
If auditor is appointed for a tenure of 5 years of private limited company then is there any resolutions is required to pass in further AGM's like specifying reappointment?

Yes..ratification of appointment of auditor is required. Kindly check the provisions of Section 139.
Members are required to pass resolution in AGM for ratification.
