RCM would be applicable or not on man supply by contractor
One of my client's firm many workers work in the firm through contactor. RCM would be applicable or not if applicable what is tax rate and can we take ITC.

RCM is not applicable in providing labour supply
if contractors is registered under GST then take credit under gst if he is not then u can't take under rcm
