I have paid gst under rcm on medicl insurance recovery from employees.
can we claim input tax credit on the same?

Medical and Health insurance is Blocked credit under section 17(5) of the CGST act 2017 , so can not take Input Tax credit .
Why r u paying GST on recovery of medical insurance premium from employees ?
