Dear sir,
I have registered for the CA foundation course last monday (2-03-2026) and made a payment for Rs. 9000 towards the registration fee. During the reigstration process, an error messae was displayed after completeing the payment.
Althourgh the payment amount has been sucessfully debited from my account, the payment acknowledgement has not been generated and my ICAI user ID and Passward have also not been generated.
I had already reported this issue via email on the same day and also informed the ICAI Helpdesk through a phone call. However, I have not yet received any response or update regarding the same.
How to proceed further.
