my question is we have purchased a truck for collecting ram material fro our suppliers to our location.now can i required to pay gst under rcm or not.

Please generate/ask to generate E way bill if required as per law
if you are not transporters then no need to charges GST as exempted by Notification 12/2018 CT (r)
