U/s 9(4) related RCM is suspended from 13-10-2017....

But,

U/s 9(3) related RCM is still applicable...

If you mean the transportaion as GTA then RCM applicable Above Rs. 750 & (Rs. 1500*)...

Other GTA is Fully Excempted under GST
