Is RCM applicable on transportation of exempt goods? If yes, can we claim ITC on the RCM paid?

YES, you can claim
Don't needs to pay RCM on freight paid for exempt goods.....

ANY REFRENCE
If there is no tax in normal charge, there wont be any tax in RCM too.
