Dear Concerned,
i am the trailor owner and i hv the business of clearing and forwarding of containers. i hv my own trailors and i also take the trailors from other transporter in market. i want to know that whether i have to pay gst on rcm on the transport expense incurred by taking trailors from market as transport expense for me. i prepare the income bill of transporrt without gst i.e gst payable by consignor/consignee.
if i hv to pay gst on transport exp under rcm, can i take itc of it???
