Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) implications for security guard services, particularly when an unregistered party receives services from a registered security guard provider. It explains that if the security guard provider is registered, they will charge GST on their invoice. The concept of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) is explained, noting it doesn't apply in this specific scenario as the unregistered party is not liable to pay tax, nor is the security guard provider acting as a recipient.

1. Jo service ya goods leta he, jo uski liability he GST paid karne ki to use..RCM kahate he
2. Jo service ya goods dene vala hi GST laga ke invoice deta he to usko ..normal charge ya FCM kahate he

Agar koe Unregistered party security guard ki service leti he, and security Guard wala registered he , to security Guard wala hi Bill me GST laga ke dega...

URD ko Tax pay karne ki jarurat nhi aur agar security guard tax charge krta hai toh apko tax dena hi hai .

RCM ki appicablity aap pe nhi aayegi kyuki aap URD hai aur nahi security guard pe kyuki naa woh recipient hai.
