RCM on freight paid to VRL

Hi Experts,
Is Reverse charge applicable on freight paid to GTA (VRL vogistics) while purchasing Goods. VRL uploaded RCM bill on our GST NUMBER. bills uploaded in 2A and showing both side in GSTR3B outward supply and Eligible ITC table.

Is we have to take that input and to pay RCM by cash?


please give clarification
