RCM on advocate service

can we receive ITC of rcm if we are dealing under exempt goods we've paid freight to unregister dealer to enter state

If you mean advocate to Advocate service... then no more tax liability....

@ Raja P M, I mean there by contract for provision of services be entered through another advocate where service be provided by other than that advocate.
like I m approaching an advocate say Mr x. then Mr x approaching another advocate Mr Y..so final service will be provided by Mr Y.. my question is RCM abt Mr x..

In this situation Mr. Y give his bill to Mr. X then RCM not applicable to Mr. X...
