I am registar in gujarat Under GST and i have purchase matirial from mumbai.
matirial freight Paid by me( because matirial recived in to pay condition). now my question is under RCM can i pay IGST or SGST &CGST ?

CGST AND SGST WILL BE PAID BY YOU, AS PLACE OF SERVICE IS GUJARAT AND PLACE OF RECEIVER ALSO GUJARAT
If GTA is registered in Mumbai then RCM is to be done on IGST , Else POS will be Recepient place , RCM will be done on CGST/SGST
