rcm exemption from gst on shop rent
sir me Rs 4500 pm shop rent pay krta hu to kya mujhe rcm ke under gst pay krna padega....aur agar nhi to sir kitne amount ke rent pr mujhe rcm ke under gst on shop rent pay nhi krna...

Remember, Rs. 5000 per day purchase or services received from unregistered supplier is exempt from RCM, Please Check the day you pay the rent , total Exp or supply from Unregistered Person , if it Exceeds Rs. 5000 then You Have to pay GST under RCM @ 18% on Shop Rent, However You can claim ITC for that
