RCM would be applicable or not, when a composition dealer purchase goods from another composition dealer..

no it will not be applicable
No question of RCM.
Not required to pay RCM on such transaction as
the Composition Dealer is registered under GST.. So, RCM is not applicable for a composition Dealer purchased from another composition dealer.
