RCM applicable on GTA??
Is RCM is applicable on GTA services received by a Company. If yes whether the GST paid under RCM can be claimed as ITC if the receiver of service is EXPORTER...?

Yes credits can be taken and then refund will be claimed or you can utilise credits for payment of IGST.
Is it necessary to pay RCM GST under IGST only???

For GTA RCM is necessary if its under 5% tax rate. CGST/SGST or IGST depends on place of supply.
