Go for appeal and Restore and request officer for Fresh Provisional ID

You will have to mail the details of the assessee to cbesmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in and cc to gst-st6mum @ gov.in quoting the mail subject as "Provisional ID required to migrate to GST" and give the following details:- Name, ST no., email id, mobile no., State as per latest ST-2 from your registered email ID at ACES. Also do attach the ST-2 and the sanpshot of the error.
New Provisional ID will be send at registered Email ID

I have already sent the details on last Friday till now no provisional ID no password.

Contact on toll free & VAT or ST deptt whatever applicable.

I already called​ to ST Department. They are telling there is only one solution. you send mail to cbecmitra.

Then call on toll free regularly

if u get new provisional id pls inform me .me have same problem

RC Cancelled message

While migration of GST their registration into the GST common portal the message displayed was :
"Your RC is cancelled therefore your provisional ID stands cancelled & you are not permitted to migrate under GST"

It is because Provisional IDs issued to registered in ACES till 31.01.2017 and not utilized by the entities (Assessees) has been cancelled as either not required or as non-usable.

In such cases the Assessee wants to migrate to the GST portal he should follow the following instructions:

1. Send email to cbecmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in from registered email ID to ACES.

2 E-mail should from assessee registered ID.

3. Subject of email will be - PID required to migrate to GST

4. Mension your Service Tax or excise R C Number(s).

5. Any other problem faced in enrollment shall also be mentioned.

6. May also call to helpline to describe problem for further solution.
