i have paid exam fee for ipcc and didnt attend even 1 exam also...it will be counted as an attempt?they says i am failed?if i write in next attempt and scores good,rank or merit be given?

1. Once exam form has been filed, it will be counted as an attempt, whether you appear in the exams or not.

2. Yes, you will be eligible for rank in the next attempt as it has no connection with number of attempts.
rank or merit is achieved when in a single sitting you clear all the subjects with minimum 55% marks, it does not matters whether it is your first attempt or not, only thing is All subjects in Single Sitting
