There are many authors like Dinesh Madan, Manish Valecha, Padhuka etc etc ..
But they say that R. Chandrasekar is the best book for ISCA.. Is that true??

You may follow Chandrasekar book with practice manual and it is sufficient for ISCA.
In Dinesh Madan, as I have gone through it,some of the terms are explained in a simple manner.
So you may read once the book of Dinesh Madan also.
