I want to quit ca ...& m persuing 2nd year of articlship ..so pls suggest me the procedure so that I can terminate my articleahip as well as quit Ca.
my principal says that he take deciplinary action on me if I quit office & ca ...
so plzz suggest m the procedure...

You have a problem with CA course itself or your Principal??

Maybe your Principal wants you to stay in the course and wants something good to come out for you. Otherwise what disciplinary action can he take when you want to quit the course? It's your choice as a citizen of this country to pursue what you want.No one can restrict you from what you are doing.He is duty bound under the constitution of India to respect your choice and no law can override that.But if you have personal issues then you have to sort that out with the principal.Good luck.
when I inform to my principle that I want to quit ca course & I would not able to come in office then she reply that " ham chhodte nahi hai fir ...achhi tarah se deciplinery action lete hai.."

Visit the reigonal office of the Institute and see what is possible.

Take a recorder along with you and take recording of whatever threats they are saying.
When you have completed 2 years of articleship do one more year you will get the articleship completion letter and later you write your exams, since you have almost in completion of your articleship dont take quiting decision, since i have seen many of my friends who have not completed there articleship now they are repenting on this, so complete your articleship and concentrate on your exam instead of quiting desion.
Approach the Institute and inform them of your situation. If they are cooperative then they can help you as they know many rules which other's don't.
But Why do you want to Quit .If you do so it will be a wrong decision of your life.U have come this far to quit.Write a letter to ICAI regarding
your problems and struggles.Surely ICAI will help you with possible solution.
let them take disciplinary when your leaving life with full of happiness what can disciplinary action do to u
don't quit bro only because your principal threatening you..consult with your parents..you can take transfer as well
