NO REFUND CLAIM. NIL RETURN FILLED.  SO PLEASE TELL ME THAT ANY DEMAND OR NOTICE MAY BE SEND BY IT OFFICER .

In correct information like name and DOB will not create any problem. BUt make sure that the PAN is correct one.
