i am currently working in a corporate company as a quality specialist and is interested in doing a company secretary course. I couldn't complete my graduation ( i enrolled in engineering but couldn't complete it) and i understand that i can still pursue the path of a CS if i start with the foundation course.my question is, can i still be a successful CS upon completing all the 3 phases, even though i don't complete my graduation?

Yes you will be a Successful CS irrespective of your Graduation..
Few of mine friends are now CS without doing proper graduation...
