Dear All

I have query relating to few items of form 23AC.

In the section Financial Parameters, please confirm for the given below subitems we have to give the amount pertaining to the current financial year only? :

1. Share application money received

2. Share Apllication money given

Secondly, share application money will include share appication money pending allotment or not?

Thirdly, for the subitem:

Gross value of related party transaction- This is applicable only for listed companies and their subsidiaries or all the Cos has to give the amount( provided there is the related value transaction during the financial year)

Share application money given/received (pending allotment only) has to be given as on the date of Balance Sheet. Related party transactions value has to be given by all companies (whether listed or not) to whom AS-18 applies.

First of all, thanks Mr. Agarwal

what you mean to say is that only share application money pending allotment has to be given. Am I right?
