In case of Charitable Trust  not registered under section 12A,receives donations and out of which incurres expenditure for Women Welfare(expenditure on the objects of the trust),whether income after incurring such expenditure is taxable or total amount received as donations is taxable.

Sec 11 and 12 provides exemption to the extent of 100% of the amount received as donations and collections if atleast 85% is expended.

Now if the turst is not registered under sec 12, then its profit (receipts-expended) will be taken as profit and hence liable for tax.
