Query Related to Return of income tax

ITR 1 FILLED ON 31/07/2022

From August2022 to 09/12/ 2022 , refund of income tax was not received due to non validation of bank account...

Today i.e 10/12/2022, bank details have been validated properly ...
So, what will be the next step to get the refund of income tax ??
kindly suggest

You have to issue refund reissue request on the portal

Mr. bhakat it's not accepted .While filing and submitting returns the portal requests for back validation. Such controls are inherent. Post any changes.

Miss patel , I tried the refund reissue request but it shows that , there was no failure of refund...As a result I cant submit the reissue request ...
and thanks a lot mam for your suggestion .. any other step which I can do ?

Please check the status of refund of same year on NSDL.kindly confirm through bank statement as well and Also check the amount of refund due to you whether not adjusted against any outstanding demand

Mam ,
1. I checked the status on NSDL website.. It shows that , your assessing officer has not send the refund to the refund banker, kindly contact with assessing officer...

2. Bank details have been validated on 10/12/2022..

3. client's ITR 1 filled for the first time ,so there will be no question of adjustment with any outstanding demand.

kindly confirm mam about the query
As the bank details have been validated on 10/12/2022 , so is there any possibility that I can submit the refund reissue request later on ?? It may happen due to technical reasons ??

Firstly, check if ITR is processed. Secondly, since your bank is now validated and even enabled, sit back and relax. Thirdly, once your return is processed you will receive email intimation and refund failure if applicable due to bank account problem. If you receive such email, do a refund reissue. If all goes smooth, you will receive refund on processing.

Sometimes,clients have received 6 months after return getting processed due to such bank issues.

So, do your work and chase only if there is any update therein
