hi friends i got 18th AIR and i want to apply for merit cum need based scholarship scheme of icai as my parents income doesn't exceed 150000 p.a can anyone help me in this subject.in which form to apply and within how much time to apply and what documents are to be required etc.....?your reply will be appreciated.thanks
