Query? regarding refund as bank a/c belongs 2 his trade name

Query ??????? very urgent !!!!!! plssss responseeeeeeeee..
 

I have already submitted online return for a.y 2012-2013 WITH INCOME OF RS 20,62,500/= AND TDS OF RS 20,625/= U/S 194C of my client who is a Labour Contractor . Trade name of the business :- M/S. XYZ ( AS AN EXAMPLE & Status: Sole Proprietorship Business ) and 

PAN no registered with IT DEPARTMENT WITH HIS OWN NAME NOT HIS TRADE NAME 

But, Unfortunately, his Bank Account No. belongs to HIS OWN BUSINESS NAME .

Is there may be any difficulty regarding PAYMENT OF REFUND AMOUNT THROUGH ECS system
