Query regarding form no. 112 taking permission from icai

Hi Expert... This is Debanjan.... I am in CA finals....actually i have a query regarding form no. 112 taking permission from ICAI for persuing any other course .... Actually i have appeared and cleared few papers of fellowship diploma exams hosted by the insurance institute of india which are hosted either online or offline only on sundays....Since itz not a professional course neither academic nor itz gives any signing or certifying authority to me.... these exams i appeared ws just to enhance my knowledge in insurance industy... Which would in turn just benefit me for geting jobs in insurance industry after i qualify ca...even these exams do not require to attend any special coachings or classes.... Will i have to take permission from ICAI for these papers which i have cleared???? AS the intent of filling Form No. 112 is to seek permission for a professional or an acedemic course.... Where the eaxms or the classes are held on the working days during article ship tenure....But in my case neither the exams are host on the working days nor for it i have to atten any specific classes and it never clashes any time with my job shedules or articleship timings..... I havent taken any permission for it... As logically i feel.... For appering for this papers doesnt require the permission....even my article ship got over in December 2011...I appeared and cleared these papers during my articleship tenure .... Need ur benificial guidance experts....kindly suggest
