Narmada & Co. Chartered accountants registered on 14.07.1993 has given a portion of the amount payable to one of his partner as remuneration, to a heart surgeon who treated the partner in an operation, under adustment.
 
Are the acts of the audit firm and the auditors viable under the Act??
