Query on filling form adt-1

Not necessary to file ADT 1 again. the second and sebsequest year, the memebers will confirm or ratify the original appointment for 3 years. I am using the followig resolution:-

“RESOLVED that in terms of the provisions contained in Sections 139 to142 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the underlying rules viz. Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 and pursuant to ordinary resolution passed by the Members at the Annual General Meeting held during September 2014, the appointment of M/s _____________________Chartered Accountants, statutory auditors of the Company,  for a block period of 5 years to hold office till the conclusion of AGM to be held on or before September 2019 be and is hereby ratified to hold office as statutory auditors from the conclusion of this annual general meeting till the conclusion of the next annual general meeting on a remuneration  as may be decided by the chairman”.  

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the chairman is hereby authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditors for audit and other services in consultation with the auditors and release the payment to the Auditors on a progressive billing basis on the basis of the schedule of work to be agreed between the auditors and the company.”
