GST was applicable on jammu and kashmir from 8th July onwards.
And further if goods are purchased from an unregistered dealer then gst is payable under reverse charge.
So the query is, if in the first week of July goods are purchased from an dealer of jammu and kashmir, will reverse charge be applicable on such value of goods.

No need on or before 7th July...
Beacuse GST is Not applicalble in The First Week Of july ...so u not need to pay gst under Reverse charge in such case
