Hello friends, If anybody know about this then please tell me that is there any specific rule in ca regulations that a student must obtain the degree of graduation(b.com, b.com(h), etc) before becoming eligible to receive member certificate(after passing CA-FINAL) as a qualified CA from the ICAI?
