Dear Sir / Madam,

Please  need clarification on below issue -

1) if xyz Ltd is company (XYZ have service tax reg. no. but does not have excise registration no.), import machinery (Crane), can XYZ Ltd take credit of CVD, Additional CVD and Special CVD against S. Tax payment?

2) If after 2-3 years XYZ Ltd. sold machinery (Crane) to PQR Ltd. (PQR Ltd. having S. Tax no. as well as excise reg. no.) can XYZ Ltd. pass on the credit to PQR Ltd. if any available?
