one company manufacture goods from jobworker and sell goods to another company which is exempt from excise duty. so, the company can sell his goods to that company billing with excise duty or not .

and jobwork karwaya hua mere 150 lakhs turnover me add ho ga k nh excise purpose k lie

agr 1 company jobworker se goods manufacture karwati hai ,or sale karti hai 2sri company ko joki excise duty se exempt hai , to kya 1st company jo k sale kar rhe hai vo apne bill me excise duty show karege k nh .

thats my question.

ek party hai noida or ek party hai haridwar k . noida wali party haridwar wali party k lie jobwork karti hai or haridwar wali party excise duty se exempt hai to kya noida wali party ko jab vo apna bill issue karege to use excise duty apne bill me lagani jaruri hai kya ,or noida wali party ne 1.5 crore wali limit cross kar di hai. (ssi wali)
