Great grandfather of MR.X purchased a land in the year 1912,now above property is sold to someone and Rs.50000 EACH received by Mr.X, by his brother and by his mother.Please advice how to deal with above transaction and tax thereon.

it has 3 owners so the purchasing cost will also be divided by 3 owners and then by indexxation the amount taxable will be come for all the owners
