MAY-2014, as 2.5 yrs of artcshp  have to be elapsed to be eligible for finals

what is the depriciation rate of  trademark, copyright and patents, under the Companies Act,1956

I THINK D RATE OF DEP IS 25%. CORRECT ME IF I M WRONG

i think 25% is allowable under income tax act & not under co. act

my ca final due on may 2013, shall i start my accounts tution now or is there any chances of amendmend in account for IFRS ..?

I have  given my last attempt in CA PE-II , in Nov 2008, after that i have not appeared so far for examination. can any body tell me what options are available for me?

whether it requires revalidation or fresh registration ?
