An individual has deposited the first installment of
advance tax on 15th Sep for 5000/- rupees and at the
end of year his income tax payble was nil and he did not
file his return with the Deptarment and the date of
filing has expired now what would be the repercussions
it.
Should he file his return??????????????

You have already commented that the date of filing has expired. So how can you file return now ?
Implies you have lost the petty advance tax for not filing return and refund claim.
