Querry regarding certifcate of service for exam form

my date of completion of articleship is 8th april 2017.I have taken a leave of 250 days. i.e excess leave of app.100 days so my querry is, in filling the certificate of service there is one line "his/her date of completion(including excess leave if any) is ...........i.e on or before 30th April 2017, as per the deeds of article.". So what should i fill in date of completion 8th April 2017 or later extendible date
