queries about GMCS course

its a course to qualify for associate membership of ICAI. The Course on General Management and Communication Skills (GMCS) is a 15 days full time compulsory course conducted by the Board of Studies at over 50 locations in India and Dubai. Students are eligible to join the GMCS Course after passing the PE-II examination and completing two years of practical training. It is suggested that the students should complete the GMCS course once they have completed two years of practical training so that they can apply the concepts and skills learned on the job during their final year of training and also avoid delay in membership enrolment due to difficulty in getting leave sanctioned or overseas postings, as except Dubai, there are no other overseas centers for completing the GMCS course. You can join it after passing your CA. But you will not be given your membership number unless you complete the course.

I hav cleared my PCC in May 2009 and hav my final attempt in May 2011 so by what time should i complete my GMCS course 

i want to join gmcs in june 2012...when can i register for the same

It depends on each chapter of ICAI.

They will open the registration for that batches before the exams.

Contact your nearest chapter and register ASAP.

Recently i got into article ship i,e i got eligible from month of Feb 2012. So I heared from friends & other that G.M.C.S course is to be done twice, one during article ship & after ca-final exam.

So please guide me in this regard.

i had submit my articleship registeration form in ICAI on 21/05/2012 with late fees but in that form i had mentioned my joining date 28/4/2012 and same for franking from bank...

 

so now, please answer me

wheather i have to do GMCS twice under the new Rule of ICAI or the existing rule(i.e one time GMCS)????

i have cleared my IPCC group-1 in feb 2012 & IPCC group-2 in may 2012. i have started my articleshiip on 27th august 2012. plz tell when will my final attampt due? plz tell me when will i attampt my ca final exam????

can i sit for campus placements before undertaking gmcs classes.

please help me about this new GMSC scheme.... i have registered  for Articles & Final on 10th June 2012 but my training starts from 27th April 2012.... my question is whether for me GMSC class is once or twice???.... plz guide me....
