CA Final book of munish bhandari contains the penalty of Rs. 5000 per day but as per this file the penalty is Rs. 50000. which is correct one.?
and also in that book 2 penalties were mentioned..
S... Penalty of Rs.5000 is correct, Rs.50000 is incorrect
