A BUILDING IS USED FOR 280 DAYS IN PREVIOUS YEAR, IT'S ACTUAL LIFE AS PER COMPANIES ACT IS 60 YEARS , NOW IN THIS YEAR HOW MANY YEARS SHOULD I TAKE IN DENOMINATOR IN CALCULATING DEPRECIATION 59 OR 60, I'M NOT USING FORMULAS FOR CALCULATING DEPRECIATION

Calculate depreciation converting the years into days,i.e, 60 years = 21900 days.
