We have purchased raw material from VAT wholesale distibutor.( not registered in excise ). of a manufacuturing unit ( registered ). ...Manufacturing Unit , In his invoice , biilled in the name of wholesale distributor and also mentioned consignee as our name and given transporters invoice copy to us. Is It possible to take cenvat credit from this invoice.
in this consignment some qty of raw material was damaged which we have to return.How to show purchase returns in this case and also when we purchase directly from the manufacturer. Documents needed to return the item...
