if a regular dealer purchase from composition dealer than will reverse charge apply

No sir. Reverse charge will be applicable if we purchase from unregd dealers. But composite dealers have to be registered.
if a regular dealer purchase from composition dealer than reverse charge will not apply . dealer registered under composition scheme will not collect tax amount from customer and he has to pay tax out of his pocket
