purchase checklist

the manufacturer must be sending a monthly sales target and statement of sales achieved, also a statement of total vehicles shipped to the showroom

otherwise tally the opg inventory , sales achieved as per statement and clsg inventory to find the net purchases

can any body send me a chekclist to be applied to check any purchase bill.
