Publishing general meeting minutes

You can publish the report of general meeting which should contain matters required to be contained in the minutes of the proceedings of such general meeting

You can Publish/Circulate/Advertise Minutes of General Meeting of your company provided you include all the matters required to be included in the minutes according to Section 193 of Companies Act, 1956. The purpose of Section 197 is to prohibit publication of minutes in a haphazard way.
