a frnd of mine has cleared his pce 1st grp and has got exmption in tax and cst fm but failed in itsm............is there any way by whch he can register hmself in final course becoz as per the revised eligibility criteria he can appear for his final xam next yr may ...........he also wants to take up tutions so............plz reply
