One of my client is starting with restaurant. Can anybody guide me whether Proprietorship, Partnership or Private Company would be the best option to register its bussiness.
Also anybody can forward me the procedure to registered "TRADEMARK"
File Physical Form TM 1 for registeration for trade of goods and services
File Form T 48 for authorization of Agent ( General Power of Attorney)
copy of Board Resolution and list of Directors in case Application is made by Company along with DD of Rs 4000 per Application in favour of Register of Trademark
