I have query that in PROPRIETOR b/s can show his personal assets. like building , jewellery , FD please give me best suggestions.

yes , under the name of 'other household assets' .....and accrued interest on fd can be shown as indirect income in p&l as well.
It is better to maintain separate Balance Sheet for individual i.e., proprietor own transactions and for proprietor's business transactions. But while filing return it should be filed together in a single return.
