PROFF OF EXPORT & OVERTIME (MOT) CHALLAN

Dear Patel,

Proof of Export procedure;

If u clear your goods under "L.U.T", after raiising the ARE1 document, its date +180 days (this is the time limit) to be filed Annexure-19 form monthly return (it contains Part-I, Part-II, Part-III), if u failed to submit that proof of export documents,( Original,Duplicate copies of ARE1, Shipping Bill, Bill of lading (duly endorsed by the Customs Official signatures)) with in the stipulated time, u have to pay /reverse the duty liability with interest.

Dear Sir,

My documents for the Proof of Export have been accidently filed late, and now the inspector is refusing to acknowledge. I am ready to bear the interest, but will be my document submission be accepted? Will i be given the Proof of Export?

The real reason being BRC was given late, and hence delay of submission. I now understand that BRC is not required to be submitted while lodging the Proof of Export claim, and can be submitted later.

Do let me know if there is a Sure Shot procedure to follow.
