i opened a Term Deposit A/C about a year ago,transfer to which was done from my savings post office account,i am having a stamp and signature of post office in my savings passbook of post office on date of transfer transaction,now my T.D A/C is matured and when i went to collect cash they are denying and saying there is no such T.D opened on that date,please help me out if there is any remedy available for me....i am in big trouble.

Where was the term deposit account opened? Same Post Office.
Whether the transfer was through cheque/cash?
Why you don't have its certificate?
