Today i received my salary but their is deduction of Professional Tax in my salary very first time. Dont know what is this and is their any possibility i can claim this.

Yes in Income tax return Profession tax is deducted from salary.
In your income tax return, professional tax is allowed as a deduction u/s 16(iii) from your salary income.
